Your role with us

Do you enjoy interacting with customers and partners in combination with digital services and a start-up culture? Then our team is the right place for you. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for your own customer accounts and support them in using our software. Your tasks include:

  • Onboarding & support: you support our customers in getting started with our SaaS solution and are their personal contact for all concerns and questions.
  • Team collaboration: You act as an interface between customers and internal teams such as Sales and Software Development to represent the voice of the customer within the company.
  • Customer retention: As the main point of contact, you maintain long-term and trusting customer relationships through regular exchanges on our products and services.
  • Needs analysis & upselling: You identify customer needs and trends and create added value through targeted upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Feedback & optimization: You collect valuable feedback and gain insights into current needs in order to introduce tailored solutions and optimizations.

What you bring with you

  • Training/studies and initial experience: You have completed your training or studies in the field of industrial engineering / information technology or similar and have gained initial experience in the professional world
  • B2B & SaaS: You already have some experience in customer success and feel at home in the B2B and SaaS world.
  • Technical know-how: You are confident in dealing with technical topics and can communicate well with customers about software and data.
  • Strong communication skills & empathy: You are a talented communicator in German and English who can build relationships with customers and understand their needs empathetically.
  • Analytical understanding: You have a good feel for customer requirements and market developments and can make targeted recommendations and suggestions for optimization.
  • Problem & solution orientation: You are results-oriented and quickly find practicable solutions that promote long-term customer relationships.
  • Personal responsibility & team spirit: You work independently and in a structured manner, at the same time you are a committed team player who impresses with reliability and initiative.
