Your role with us

Are you enthusiast in winning new markets and customers, combining digital services and tech in a young company? Then our team is the right place for you. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for your own customer accounts, partners and market segments to drive sovity’s growth. Your tasks include:

  • Strategic direction: Help shape sovity by validating markets and opening up new industries for Data Space
  • Customer acquisition: Represent sovity’s software in the B2B market and convert leads into customers
  • Network maintenance: Tap into the great potential of our huge customer and partner network of industrial companies (e.g. BMW, BASF, Hella and many more)
  • Establish use cases: Deal with new use cases in the context of data spaces and validate the potential
  • Key accounts: Be responsible for key accounts, identify requirements and maintain relationships

What you bring with you

  • Training/studies and initial experience: You have completed your training or studies in the field of industrial engineering / information technology or comparable and have gained initial experience in the professional world
  • B2B & SaaS: You are passionate about business development and feel at home in the B2B and SaaS world.
  • Strong communication skills & open-mindedness: You are a talented communicator in German and English and are not afraid to approach people.
  • Analytical understanding: You have a good feel for market requirements and can work your way through complex situations.
  • Technical know-how: You feel comfortable talking about technical things like data or software with potential customers and selling our products.
  • Problem & solution orientation: You are results-oriented and quickly find workable solutions that foster long-term customer relationships.
  • Personal responsibility & team spirit: You work independently and in a structured manner, at the same time you are a committed team player who impresses with reliability and initiative.
