We are looking for YOU to take responsibility for our Sales & Marketing activities, actively acquire customers, enter new markets and increase sovity’s footprint!
Your role with us
As Team Lead Sales & Marketing at sovity, you will take on a key position in our growing tech SaaS company. You will be responsible for building and managing our marketing and sales team with the aim of acquiring new customers and expanding our market presence. Your focus will be on the automotive, manufacturing and other industries with complex products and supply chains. Your tasks include:
- Strategic development: creating and implementing marketing and sales strategies to open up new markets and customer segments.
- Team building and management: Recruitment, management and development of a high-performance marketing and sales team.
- Customer acquisition: Identifying and approaching potential customers in target industries to drive our growth.
- Collaboration: Working closely with the product development and customer service departments to ensure that our solutions meet customer needs.
- Market monitoring: Analyzing market trends and competitive activities to continuously optimize our strategies.
What you bring with you
- Experience: You have several years of professional experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally with complex technical or software products.
- Industry knowledge and network: You have a sound understanding and network in the relevant industries.
- Leadership skills: You already have initial management experience and/or have built up a team.
- Strategic thinking: You develop and implement successful sales strategies – from classic sales processes to growth hacking, ABM (account-based marketing) or data-driven sales.
- Strong communication skills: You can get customers and partners excited about our solutions, understand their challenges and build long-term, trusting relationships.
- Flexibility: You are comfortable in a dynamic startup environment and adapt quickly to change.
- Language: You speak and write fluent German and English.
