Your role with us

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be the focal point for the concerns of our customers’ technical contacts. Your main focus will be on processing and analyzing incidents as part of incident management. You will be the driving force behind in-depth error analyses and the effective elimination of faults in our cloud-based software solutions (SaaS). In close cooperation with cross-functional teams of experts, you will develop solutions and documentation that inspire our customers. With your aptitude and experience, you can take on primary responsibility in certain areas of our Service Desk in the future. Your tasks will include

  • Prioritization and fast processing of incoming customer incidents
  • Analyzing and resolving incidents in our cloud systems
  • Coordination between customer support and technical teams for troubleshooting.
  • Regularly reviewing and adapting support processes to increase efficiency
  • Creating and maintaining a knowledge base for fault diagnosis and resolution
  • Promoting an excellent customer experience through high quality solutions.
  • Proactively engaging with our customers to strengthen deep customer relationships.
  • Developing customer retention and satisfaction strategies

What you bring with you

  • Experience of at least 2 years as a test engineer, cloud engineer or system integrator
  • Successfully completed training or studies in the field of application development, system integration, business/service informatics or a comparable qualification.
  • Technical adeptness: Ideally, you have already gained experience in technical customer support and are familiar with tools such as Grafana, Kubernetes (K8s), Docker, Java, REST APIs, proxies, Azure, GitHub and Postman.
  • Reliability and acumen: Your analytical understanding enables you to quickly grasp and navigate complex problem landscapes.
  • Customer focus: A strong customer and service orientation is just as natural for you as high quality standards.
  • Communication skills: You have excellent communication skills in German and English and have a confident manner.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn: You are motivated to learn new components quickly and to understand the relationships between them.
  • Motivation to help shape a young start-up and take responsibility for the results

Data is the most valuable resource of our time, but it is also worth protecting. As soon as data is shared between companies, the publisher loses control over its data. Companies are forced to share their business and process information with business partners. The solution to this dilemma is called data sovereignty, i.e. the self-determined handling of data. We know this from WhatsApp, for example, where you can delete a message on the recipient’s device. Such functions in complex B2B networks and the underlying systems do not yet exist. With our SaaS solution, which is based on data space standards, companies can share data with partners and determine for what purpose, when and how the information may be used. The concepts and technologies are already being used in various major projects such as GAIA-X, Catena-X and the Mobility Data Space – a hot and future-proof topic.
